It appears Christians are not welcome in Israel… Evangelism is illegal in Israel… if you’re a Jewish person and you convert to Christianity, you go through many legal challenges. Evangelical Christianity is not recognized as a denomination in the state of Israel. Israelis who convert to Christianity have fewer rights.

Vishing, or “voice phishing”, is a type of phishing attack that involves defrauding people over the phone by enticing them to divulge sensitive information. The goal is often to gain access to the victim’s bank account.
Generative AI tools can create image, video and voice replicas of real people saying and doing things they never would have done. And these tools are becoming increasingly easy to access and use. This can perpetuate intimate image abuse (including things like “revenge porn”) and disrupt democratic processes.

What is the English translation of the Latin phrase ‘Nic kelo deo?’ Well it appears the Google translate has already ‘redefined‘ this to mean God bless you. But if you break down every word individually into iTranslate, one of the top translator apps available, nic means ‘nothing’, nic kelo means ‘I don’t care’ and deo means God. This phrase actually means I don’t care about God.
Interesting that the name chosen for a kids TV channel is so closely tied to this Latin phrase. Nickelodeon shaped children’s comedy TV beginning in the 90’s. A new documentary is exposing industry leaders at Nickelodeon for verbal, emotional and sexual abuse.

Abuse defined
Domestic violence (also referred to as intimate partner violence (IPV), dating abuse, or relationship abuse) is a pattern of behaviors used by one partner to maintain power and control over another partner in an intimate relationship.
Domestic violence doesn’t discriminate. People of any race, age, gender, sexuality, religion, education level, or economic status can be a victim — or perpetrator — of domestic violence. That includes behaviors that physically harm, intimidate, manipulate, or control a partner or otherwise force them to behave in ways they don’t want to. This can happen through physical violence, threats, emotional abuse, or financial control.
Why people abuse
Abuse is a learned behavior. Some people witness it in their own families growing up. Others learn it slowly from friends, popular culture, or structural inequities throughout our society. No matter where they develop such behaviors, those who commit abusive acts choose to do so — they also could choose not to.
Many people experience or witness abuse and use their experiences to end the cycle of violence. They also take steps to heal themselves without harming others. While outside factors (including drug or alcohol addiction) can escalate abuse, it’s important to recognize that these issues do not cause domestic violence.
Recognize the warning signs of abuse
At the start of a new relationship, it’s not always easy to tell if it will later become abusive. In fact, many abusive people appear like ideal partners in the early stages of a relationship. The warning signs of abuse don’t always appear overnight and may emerge and intensify as the relationship grows.
Yet, every relationship is certainly different, and domestic violence doesn’t always look the same. However, one feature shared by most abusive relationships is that the abusive partner tries to establish or gain power and control through many different methods at different moments.

Usually, it takes two or three months to completely extinguish a large wildfire if there is rain and humidity, yet Canada has had the worst of it with over 100 fires still lingering.

UNFOUNDED - THE DOCUSERIESIn other Tim Ballard news today, his defense team launched a series of videos telling their side of the story and creating the Ballard Legal Defense Fund to raise money for his legal expenses. In a nutshell, he says the women accusing him are upset about things done while he was “in character” undercover. In some instances they stated before the lawsuits that lines weren’t crossed and interactions were professional. Now, he says, they want money. The lawsuits drain resources that could be used to rescue kids.
